02  How to apply? What documents are required for application?

Application method (1) Mail

After completing the form, please mail the form together with the following required documents to us. It will take about 10 working days for oil companies to issue fleet cards. Thank you.

Required documents for application

Individual application:

-Copy of ID card

-Copy of license book

-Copy of proof of address (the last three months)

-The original auto pay authorization letter (original documents required by the bank, please mail to our company)

 

 

Company application:


-Copy of company business registration

-Copy of license book

-The original auto pay authorization letter (original documents required by the bank, please mail to our company)

(For the definition of individual application, the name registered in the card book is the name of the individual; the definition of company application, the name registered in the card book is the company.)

Documentation requirements
1. It is recommended to use scanner to scan files

2. Use a mobile phone to take pictures, please pay attention to the flat layout of the documents / average light source / full document image / clear font

 

04  How long does it take to apply?

 

After completing the application form and receiving the required documents, the oil company will issue an fleet card in about 7 to 10 working days.

05  How to pay?

 

ATM transfer, ATM cash/check deposit.

06  How to receive the fleet card?

 

(1) Mailing

The fleet card will be mailed to the applicant's correspondence address.

 

(2) Self-collection

Please fill in the application form

07  Cut-off date and monthly statement form

 

The cut-off date is the last day of each month.

The monthly statement will be sent by email.

The payment deadline is the 20th of the next month.

Late payment will not be notified and the use of the fuel card will be stopped immediately.

It cannot be re-opened until payment is made.

08  Other notes and terms and conditions

 

1. There are no discounts at the two Shell gas stations within the airport.

 

2. The deduction day/payment deadline of each month is the 20th, if the day is a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deduction will be postponed to the next working day.

09 Instructions for reclaiming fleet card loss/damage

 

Fee for use: free

Loss report procedure: fill in the form below and send it back to our company

Reissue time: The oil company will issue a new card in about 7 working days

10 Why can't I use the fleet card?​

  • Incorrect password

  • The card has been swiped 3 times, and the fleet card is locked by the oil company system (automatically re-open after 24 hours)

  • Card expired

  • Card Damaged (Chip or tape damage, deformation, buckling, or fracture)
